Pizza, Barbecue Sauce, Hot Chocolate Mix
PIZZA Candy Scott
Pizza Dough:
4 c. sifted flour '
1 cake or pkg. of yeast
dissolved in 11/3 c. warm,
not hot water
2 Tbsp, salad oil
'••l_tsp. salt
lb. sliced cheese
2 lb. sausage
1 pkg. pepperoni
Pizza Sauce:
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
Oregano
Other spices
Pizza Toppings
1 can mushrooms
Any other favorites
Mix flour, dissolved yeast, oil and salt. Knead about 10 minutes. Put in
a bowl and let rise for 2 hours. After rising, flour board and roll out thin.
Shape onto pizza pan. Mix sauce, paste, oregano and other spices. Top
. rolled and shaped pizza dough with sauce, cheese, mushrooms, cooked
sausage, pepperoni and other toppings. Cook at 44HTdegrees for 15-20
minutes.

BARBECUE SAUCE Karan Pershing
2 jars strained baby food,
peaches
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vin
2 Tbsp.
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Co e edients.'Bring to boil, then simmer about 1/2 hour.
HOT CHOCOLATE MIX Jo Meyer
25.6OZ. box non-fat dry milk
6oz. jar non-dairy creamer
16oz. box Quik
2 c. powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients. Use 4 tsp. with 1 cup hot water for Hot Chocolate.

10 cinnamon sticks
5 Tbsp, crystalized ginger
2 quarts, strained, orange juice
5 c. lemon juice
5 quart sweet cider or apple
