Trying to get my hacked Series 1 Tivo to play with my new MCE PC.
Also trying to get some auto transcoding going for my PSP.
ETivo * lets you grab files form series 1 tivos and convert to WMV for MCE
Thinking about getting an Xbox for MCE playback in the living room.

Which makes me wonder if I should wait for the Xbox360 to come out and then to drop in price.
Not so excited about some of the software for converting files for playback on the PSP.
Currently using a combination of PSPVideo9 and the $20 Sony media mgmt software.
There is another program I have heard is better for MCE-->PSP.
I also just switched around my subscriptions.
Will be cancelling blockbuster gamepass soon
just started using gamefly and cut down from 5 to 2 dvds at netflix.
